Gold trading at Rs 52,100 per 10 grams today; 1 kg of silver sold for Rs 68,900

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold on Wednesday rose by 400 rupees to 52,100 rupees, while 1 kg of silver became more expensive by 600 rupees to 68,900 rupees.

Ten grams of 22 karat gold is trading at Rs 47,750 after an increase of Rs 350.



The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold in Delhi and Mumbai is 52,100 rupees while 10 grams of 22 karat gold is trading in Mumbai and Delhi at 47,750 rupees.

The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Kolkata happens to be on par with the price of 24 karat gold in Delhi and Mumbai i.e. Rs 52,100 while the price of 22 karat gold in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Kolkata is Rs 47,750.

Ten grams of 24-karat gold is trading Wednesday in Chennai at Rs 52,670, while ten grams of 22-karat gold is trading in Chennai at Rs 48,280.

The price of gold varies in regions based on criteria such as levying duties, excise taxes, and state taxes.

The price of 1 kg of silver in Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai on Wednesday was 68,900 rupees, while the price of 1 kg of silver in regions like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kerala and Chennai was 73,400 rupees.
