Veranda is looking to raise Rs 200 crore in fresh capital through its IPO. The proceeds will be used to pay off debts and for expansion.
Veranda Learning offers online and offline training services for a variety of courses. The last initial public offering to hit the local market was by Vedant Fashions in early February.
