Petrol and diesel prices increased by 80 baisa; Overall height at Rs 9.20 per liter

On Tuesday, petrol and diesel prices rose by 80 baisas per liter each, bringing the total price increase in the past two weeks to 9.20 rupees per liter.

Petrol in Delhi will now cost 104.61 rupees per liter versus 103.81 rupees previously, while diesel prices have risen from 95.07 rupees per liter to 95.87 rupees, according to the state’s fuel sellers price notification.



Rates have been increased across the country and vary from state to state depending on the occurrence of local taxes.

This is the thirteenth price increase since the four-and-a-half month period in the price review ended on March 22nd.

In all, petrol and diesel prices rose by Rs 9.20 per liter.
