Index gives:
(i) “Short” exposure to Norwegian krone to the euro. For example, if the value of NOK will rise in relation to the Euro, then the value of the index (which is tracked by ETC) will decrease in value. Conversely, if the value of the NOK decreases in relation to the euro, the value of the index will rise; And
(2) The interest rate differential that reflects the difference between the exchange rate of the Norwegian krone and the euro.
The index is a total return indicator, which means that it also provides a safe return.
