The first uranium fund can now be traded in Europe

John Ciampaglia, CEO of Sprott Asset Management, spoke to Proactive about the launch of Sprott Uranium Miners UCITS ETFEurope’s first uranium fund, listed on the London Stock Exchange and Germany’s Xetra, and tracks an index that includes companies such as mining and nuclear fuel exploration.

In addition to miners, the index allows investors to invest in units containing physical uranium, uranium proceeds or other non-mining assets. This ETF was launched by HANetf in collaboration with uranium experts Sprott Inc, which earlier this week acquired the North Shore Global Uranium Mining ETF and the North Shore Global Index uranium mining license.
