Greek Aegean Airlines newcomer at Eindhoven Airport

Athens is the main hub in the route network for Aegean Airlines. The Greek capital’s Eleftherios Venizelos Airport allows travelers to transfer to connecting flights to numerous domestic and international destinations.

Unlike most other airlines at Eindhoven Airport, Aegean is not a low cost carrier but a full service carrier. This means that a snack and a drink are included in the basic ticket price. A hand luggage item of up to eight kilograms can also be taken on board without a surcharge. If you want to take hold luggage with you, you can opt for the slightly more expensive Flex fare.

Aegean, a member of Star Alliance, will compete with Transavia on the Eindhoven-Athens route. The Dutch budget airline flies on the same route six times a week during the busy summer months.
