Air France and partner Delta Air Lines have been offering a Premium Economy product in their longhaul aircraft for some time now. Now that KLM is following, the product range of the three airlines is more aligned.
New Business Class
At the same time, KLM is also installing a new Business Class product in the Boeing 777 fleet. The current seats in a 2-2-2 arrangement will be replaced by new seats in a 1-2-1 arrangement, giving everyone direct access to the aisle. The new product resembles the Business Class in the 787, but has sliding doors for more privacy as the main difference.
