AirBaltic opened a base at Tampere-Pirkkala Airport in May. Until recently, this only had scheduled flights to Helsinki (Finnair) and London (Ryanair), but now destinations such as Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Munich, Copenhagen and Oslo are also connected to the Finnish airport.
At Schiphol, airBaltic now has four destinations: Riga, Tallinn, Tampere and Vilnius. All flights are operated with the quiet and economical Airbus A220-300.
